These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines for using our website and staying at our property. By booking or visiting our lodge, you agree to these terms.
 

1. General Information
 

Winnie’s Lodge is a peaceful and family-friendly lodge located in Shillong, Meghalaya.
We aim to offer guests a comfortable stay surrounded by nature, with a cozy and relaxing environment for all.
 

2. Bookings & Payments
 

  • Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or verified platforms such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, or Goibibo.

  • A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation message or email from our team.

  • Rates and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Guests are requested to clear all dues before check-out.
     

3. Check-In & Check-Out
 

  • Check-in: 11:00 AM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) upon check-in.
 

4. Cancellation Policy
 

  • Guests may cancel their booking anytime before 24 hours (1 day) of check-in without any cancellation charges.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
     

5. Breakfast Policy
 

Breakfasts are not complimentary.
Guests can order breakfast directly at the lodge and make payment on-site.
 

6. House Rules & Guest Conduct
 

To ensure a comfortable stay for all, guests are requested to follow these simple guidelines:

  • Silent Hours: 10:00 PM onwards — please avoid loud music, shouting, or any disturbances.

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Bamboo Hut. A fine will be charged for violations.

  • Respect fellow guests, staff, and property.

  • Any damage to property or misconduct may result in fines or cancellation of stay without refund.
     

7. Liability Disclaimer
 

While we take every measure for your comfort and safety, Winnie’s Lodge is not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

  • Injuries, delays, or incidents beyond our control (including weather or travel disruptions).
